Important Notes Regarding Fee Payment
Please take note of the following important guidelines for the payment of school fees:
- Annual Charge: An annual charge will be applied once every year in April, in addition to the monthly fee.
- Monthly Fee Payment Deadline: The monthly fee must be deposited by the 15th of each month. Payments received after this date will incur a fine of Rs. 5/- per day.
- Payment Hours: Fees will be accepted only between 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on all working days.
- Fee Card Requirement: Fee payments will not be accepted without a valid fee card. Please ensure you bring the card with you when making the payment.
- Duplicate Fee Card: A duplicate fee card can be issued upon submission of a Rs. 25/- fee.
Cheque Payment: For your convenience, we accept cheque payments at the school fee counter between 8:30 AM and 12:00 Noon on all working days. Please make cheques payable to Mnemonic Convent School
